Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

Be Aware Cup OÜ has a 14-day return policy, which means that the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. The withdrawal period begins on the day when a consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, has taken physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must submit a withdrawal request and send it to info@beawarecup.ee. In the request, the buyer must include the order number and the information necessary for processing the refund.

To exercise the 14-day return right, the product may only be used to the extent necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functionality in the same way that would be permitted in a physical store.

If the product has been used beyond what is necessary for inspection or shows signs of use or wear, the Online Store reserves the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the decrease in the product's value.

After receiving the withdrawal request, Be Aware Cup OÜ will send the consumer a confirmation together with instructions on where and how to return the product. The consumer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from submitting the withdrawal notice. The consumer shall bear the direct costs related to returning of the goods.

Be Aware Cup OÜ does not accept returned products or provide refunds for products that have been sent back without first submitting a withdrawal request.

Damages and Complaints

Be Aware Cup OÜ asks consumers to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and to contact the online store if the product is defective or incorrect.

If the goods purchased have defects for which the online store is responsible, the online store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the online store will refund all fees associated with the sales agreement to the buyer.

Excpetions / Non-Refundable Products

Products that are custom-made or personalised are not eligible for return. Please contact Be aware Cup OÜ at info@beawarecup.ee if you have any questions regarding a product.

Product Exchanges 

In order for the consumer to receive the correct and desired product, the consumer must first return the originally purchased product. Once the return has been confirmed, the consumer may place a new order.

Refunds

Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Store will refund all payments received from the buyer under the contract without undue delay and no later than within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal request. Refunds will be made to the same bank account used for the original payment. The Online Store may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or until the buyer has provided proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery option offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund the additional delivery cost.
